During my stay, I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Melia, the GM, who truly made our pre-wedding planning weekend special. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and clean facilities, but there were some drawbacks regarding the noise level during my visit due to a large group, which made it difficult to fully enjoy my time there.

I had a good experience staying at this hotel, which is located conveniently next to Crabtree Valley Mall with plenty of dining options nearby.
