During my stay, I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Melia, the GM, who truly made our pre-wedding planning weekend special. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and clean facilities, but there were some drawbacks regarding the noise level during my visit due to a large group, which made it difficult to fully enjoy my time there.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were recently renovated and clean, offering a comfortable space to relax. However, I noticed that the stairwells appeared somewhat dated.
Service
8.0
Melia and her staff were incredibly supportive and attentive to our needs, which enhanced our experience. Unfortunately, they seemed overwhelmed when a large group checked in, leaving some concerns unaddressed.
Location
9.0
The location was very convenient, close to main roads and just a short drive to popular areas, making it easy to meet family and explore.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast selection was decent, but the system of ordering the night before felt a bit odd, and I wished there were more immediate options available.
Facilities
6.0
While the facilities are clean, the outdoor spaces felt limited when a large group monopolized them.

I had a good experience staying at this hotel, which is located conveniently next to Crabtree Valley Mall with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for our week-long visit, but there were some issues with decor and cleanliness. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant overall.

Rooms
7.0
The two-bedroom suite was spacious and equipped with a full kitchen that met our needs well. However, the decor felt a bit outdated, and we encountered some maintenance issues with the toilet upon arrival.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating throughout our stay. They remembered my dog's name, which was a nice personal touch.
Location

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Crabtree Valley Mall and other dining options. It was a short drive to both downtown Raleigh and Cary, which was perfect for our family gatherings.
Dining

Breakfast options were decent with a good selection, but I found the pre-order system a bit inconvenient. It would have been better to have a buffet style like some other hotels I’ve stayed in.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offered ample parking and good amenities, although I didn't explore them much beyond the breakfast and laundry facilities.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were spacious and had great amenities, they felt a bit dated, and we faced some issues with cleanliness upon arrival. The service was generally friendly, but there were some hiccups during breakfast. The location was also a plus, being close to various dining options and shopping. Overall, I wouldn't say it was terrible, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The spacious rooms were like a little apartment with a kitchenette, and the location was excellent next to Crabtree Valley Mall. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very welcoming and accommodating. However, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast experience as there were some issues with safety precautions not being enforced, which made me uncomfortable.

6.8/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the front desk service was absolutely exceptional and made a strong impression, the overall environment turned chaotic with the influx of a loud baseball team. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the stairwell and laundry area could use some updates. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining, but that didn't overshadow my discomfort during the noisy moments.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessities. However, the noise from the poolside was intolerable at times.
Service
9.0
The front desk staff, especially Maureen, were fantastic and attentive to our needs.
Location

The hotel is in a great location, close to a mall and various dining options, making it easy to get around.
Dining

Breakfast was plentiful but it seemed that the setup prioritized the needs of the baseball team rather than the guests.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel's stairwells and laundry facilities are dated and could use some improvement.
